GHS students in Math Relays
Several students from Girard High School competed April 15 in the annual Math Relays at Pittsburg State University. These students The following students received awards:
Gannon Bauer — fifth place in basic programming, seventh place in calculator-team; Katie Gull — fourth place in potpourri; Carly Lallemand — seventh in calculator-team; Austin Price — fifth place in graphing, seventh place in calculator-team; Kyle Rentfro — third place in equations and inequalities; Andrew Thompson — second place in probability and statistics, third place in potpourri; Katie Viets —  seventh place in calculator-team.competed against 32 other small schools.  There were about 100 students competing on each test.
