A special meeting of the governing body City of St. Paul was called to order at 6 p.m April 21 at City Hall. Robert Kroenke council president presided, council members present: Jeff Gard, David O’Bryan, also present City Clerk Joan La Forte and City Foreman Stan Kennedy. Absent from the meeting Attorney Richard Tucker, Mayor Rick Giefer, council members Keith Smith and Keith Van Leeuwen. High School Principle Mark La Turner reviewed the building plans for the new school addition with the council. Jeff made a motion to approve building permit after review of letter from Father Theodore Khin and the discussion of the location of the water main, David seconded. Motion carried. Tour of city facilities was tabled. David made a motion to approve the purchase of a sprayer for $650 from R & F Farm Store. Robert seconded. Motion carried. Jeff made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:15 p.m. David seconded. Meeting adjourned.
