A special meeting of the governing body City of St. Paul was called to order at 6 p.m April 21 at City Hall.

The Governing Body of City of St. Paul met in regular session on April 9 at 7 p.m. at City Hall. Mayor Richard Giefer called the meeting to order. Council members present; David O’Bryan, Robert Kroenke, and Jeff Gard, also present were City Attorney Richard Tucker and City Clerk Joan La Forte, City Foreman Stan Kennedy. Council member Keith Smith arrived at 7:06 p.m. Council member Keith Van Leeuwen was absent.
